Products can be returned within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used tea or spice products
- Items not in original condition
- Perishable goods and gift cards
💵 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund status. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
